Go by train to Lundsbrunn for the midsummer celebrations 20:th of June

According to tradition, Midsummer is celebrated with dancing around the maypole in Lundsbrunn. On Midsummer's Eve, we will run a special Midsummer train from Skara at 2:00 pm to the celebration, which starts at 3:00 pm at Lundsbrunns Spa. The train returns to Skara at 5:00 pm.

The celebration will take place on the lawn in front of the spa, a five-minute walk from Lundsbrunn station.

At stops marked with an "x", the train will only stop if passengers wish to get on or off.

Ticket prices

Ordinary train Skara - Lundsbrunn round trip:

Adult: 160:- SEK

Child (under 2 years): Free

Child (2 - 12 years): 80:- SEK

Family ticket (2 adults, 3 children): 440:- SEK

A group of at least 10 people receives a 10% discount in regular traffic.

Tickets can be purchased at the stations in Skara and Lundsbrunn or from the conductor at Tveta, Myråsen, Skogsmark, and Dala kvarn. We accept payments in cash, by card, and through Swish. It is not possible to buy tickets in advance.

Animals

Bringing pets is allowed, provided consideration is given to those with allergies.

Mobility impaired:

Passengers using wheelchairs need to be able to board the train without the wheelchair to be able to travel.

All stops and stations except Myråsen have platforms.

Strollers and bicycles

For locomotive trains, these are loaded into a freight car, and for rail buses, they are placed in cargo compartments.
